The process begins with the fabrication of components from high-strength 6063 T4 & T6 aluminium alloy, which are machined to accommodate a modular, “zero hot works” installation. By utilizing a sophisticated combination of concealed mechanical fixings and high-performance structural adhesives instead of traditional welding, the system can be fully installed without the need for hot works permits, significantly reducing fire risk and site downtime.

The 10mm toughened safety glass panels are then securely encapsulated at both the top and bottom by the oval toprail and floor channel, while in-line stem connectors maintain a perfectly flush alignment between the glass and the handrail.
To finish the process, every aluminium component can be treated with a durable Polyester powder coating, ensuring that the entire assembly is protected against the elements and meets the required A2-s1, d0 fire safety classification immediately upon completion.
