The Project
The redevelopment of Beverley Leisure Centre in East Yorkshire has become one of the first projects to feature Brise Soleil, an innovative combined sunshade/walkway system from Neaco. The product has been installed to provide a visually attractive sun screen to south facing elevation of the building.

Product Specified
Brise Soleil comprises strong, good looking and versatile aluminium panels which can be installed anywhere required: underfoot, on an angle or overhead. The system greatly reduces the net heat gain (commonly in the order of 20-40%) of sunlight striking tinted or clear windows and is readily adaptable to specific design requirements.
Available as either a combined sunscreen/walkway or purely as a sunscreen, Brise Soleil’s modular panels consist of alternative curved louvre extrusions and rectangular flat bars. Our sunscreen/walkway range also includes Louvredek, a similar system which features our traditional louvre extrusions.
Capable of functioning as a walkway and/or a sunscreen, Louvredek greatly reduces the net heat gain of sunlight striking tinted or clear windows and is readily adaptable to specific design requirements.
