Structural Glass Juliet Balcony

The Vision Juliet is a modern safety system designed to provide a completely unobstructed view. Unlike traditional metal railings, it uses a high-strength, single pane of toughened glass held in place by ultra-slim aluminium side profiles. It is the closest you can get to an "invisible" balcony.

Yes. All our balconies are engineered to meet and exceed UK Building Regs (Part K). They are designed to a standard height of 1100mm from the internal floor level and are tested to withstand the necessary "line load" (pressure) required for residential safety.

We use architectural-grade, powder-coated aluminium. These posts are designed to be as slim as possible while providing maximum structural integrity. They are typically finished in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) or Black to match modern window frames.

Current building regulations (specifically Approved Document B) introduce stricter requirements for external wall attachments on high-rise buildings over 18m. This often involves specific rules regarding the combustibility of materials and the "shatter-proof" performance of the glass.
