The Project
In a departure from typical specifications characterised by a predominance of metalwork, Peveril Homes preferred Clearview’s glass-fronted style which requires no support from vertical stanchions, providing a minimalist appearance and an unobstructed view.
The Clearview Juliet balconies have now been extensively installed on an apartment complex as part of a major development comprising 136 contemporary homes offering 19 individual property styles.

The Product
Neaco’s Clearview Juliet balconies provide quick and easy installation, contemporary aesthetics and rust-free durability to ensure their polished appearance lasts in the most demanding conditions.
Specification options include structural glass, Juliet and step-out designs featuring smoked or clear toughened glass combined with top rails and balustrade manufactured from powder-coated aluminium in a choice of finishes. The step-out balconies are also available with stainless steel balustrade.
