Precision Engineering & Rapid Assembly
The construction of the Stacker Balcony system is defined by a precision-engineered approach that prioritises vertical load-bearing stability and rapid on-site assembly.
The process begins with the fabrication of components featuring high-strength structural steel legs, which are designed to transfer loads directly through the stack to the foundations. These components are used to accommodate a modular, “zero hot works” installation, utilising bolted connections rather than welding. This allows the system to be fully installed without the need for hot works permits, significantly reducing fire risk and site downtime while ensuring the robust structural integrity of the steel support frame.
