Alcamay Homes required contemporary aesthetics to fit the overall design of the scheme and Spectrum’s combination of clear glass infills, aluminium decking and balustrade powder coated in a metallic finish provided the ideal visual effect.
The Product
Available in a choice of curved or rectangular designs, Spectrum step-out balconies provide flooring manufactured from an attractive yet durable aluminium grille which allows rainwater to drain quickly and effectively to prevent pooling.
Our Balustrade is available in satin polished stainless steel or nylon powder-coated aluminium with smoked or clear toughened glass infills. Neaco’s Juliet balconies range offers a selection of glass-fronted designs which maximize visibility and sunlight penetration.
